How it works

1. Create a new event using the Meekan Android App

2. Add your meeting guests

3. And now Meekan kicks in, and gives you tailored time suggestions that fit everyone.

Choose a time slot and Meekan sends out the meeting invitations for you. Done!

For meetings with a lot of guests, Meekan will still find the best option and let you know if someone can’t make it or if it’s rather inconvenient. If Meekan doesn’t have access to some of the guests’ calendars, it will still give suggestions with the information it has available.
